Buying an Access card is like you've automatically opened an account with the amount on the card. Dial the access code and enter your PIN from any fixed phones, and you can call to anywhere at Camintel's standard rates.

1. Please Dial 1499 or dial 023-985-499 and choose your prefered language:

            - Press 1 for Khmer
            - Press 2 for English

2. Please input your Card No. or old Access Card Pin code and followed by the pound key (#).

3. Please input password: 1000 and followed by the pound key (#).

4. Please dial number you wish to call and followed by the pound key (#).
            - Press number 1 twice and pound key (#) to query your balance.
            - Press number 2 twice and pound key (#) to change your password.
            - Press number 0 to redial.
            - Press number 1 to call to another number.
